We have for sale a double expanding digital outside broadcast trailer. It is 13.6metres in length approx, 4metres high approx with safety rails onr foof folded down, expands out to 4.6m not including steps.
It is on air suspension trailer. OB body was built on trailer when trailer was NEW. OB body is a coachbuild OB body with insulation . sound proofing, steel / alumnium construction etc. This is NOT an exhibition trailer or trailer conversion.
The trailer is registered in the UK and conforms to all UK / EEC safety regulations at time trailer was built and has plaque to show this Trailer has single phase (with 3x single phase inputs) or single 3 phase power input for technical equipment and then the same again for the air conditioing, Trailer also most important has isolating transformers for 3 phase. all power board is on circuit breakers, LED power meters etc.
Trailer has 4 hydraulic levelling legs, can lift trailer when tractor unit is NOT attached also. Hydraulics do NOT need battery or electrics to operate.
Each leg can be operated separately or in pairs. Levelling legs also have backup supports should any hydraulics fail
trailer has big air conditioning and heating (currently air con is undergoign some modification to improve cooling etc) all racks are cooled and operators areas are cooled or warmed where needed.
Currently the trailer is underoging necessary coachwork refurbishment for minor internal and major external work (details available on request and photos available to show work being done)
The coachbuilder estimated 8 weeks for all refurbishment so the trailer should be ready for immediate sale at end of october / early noevember
Trailer will be repainted copletly including chassis also. If buyer is found before trailer is repainted and a deposit is paid, the trailer can be painted in the colours of the buyers choice
The trailer has approx 38x 19inchwide racks inside. approx seating for upto 30 people.
Is suited for large outside braodcast OB van or semi permanent studio control room, trailer could be used with smaller operation (eg only run some areas in trailer)
trailer is wired with ALL SDI cable, for calrec S2 mixer, DD35 etc.. Some wiring may need changed or ends put on if you want to use exsiting cable. If buyer wants to buy trailer with no video /audio wiring, (eg. to rewire in hdsdi / SDI) we can remove all video / audio cabling free of charge for buyer and leave trailer rack ready with power etc

Trailer is sold without tractor unit initially but can supply 4x2 or 6x2 tractor unit if buyer needs us or can delivery trailer to buyer.
selling at moment as planned HDSDI upgrade investment is to much for us currently due to smaller truck investment.
