We ar selling relucantally our digital production truck. Built by ASGB coachbuilders in the UK. has 2 manual expanding sides. approx 37foot long, 12foot high. comes with 5 separate locker mounted air con units (some mounted in botom lockrs, some mounted in top lockers as there is 2 lockers for each air con unit as each air con has 2 parts to it of coruse).







Is right hand drive, approx 115,000 miles on truck, is 37foot long approx, 12foot high. Truck has 3 axles.











Wired for 12 triax digital Cameras with full rack CCUs (NOTE older composite / component with NO SDI output FULL rack CCUS can also be used but you need to convert CCU to with simple component to SDI converter for best picture quality (1 needed for each CCU then).



4x3/16x9 Format

4x VTRS (Digi Betacam) or BVW-75P

Aston Ethos character generator



3 rooms (production (5 racks across) with 2nd row seating so comfortable for about 6 o 7 seating positions



4 seating positions in Engineering / VT (3 used for RCP and 1 for VT) (could be changed to handle more people as is a big room)



2 seating positions sound room (if needed) with rear seat also for advisor etc.



Truck Cab also has tie lines, power and air con , heating and curtains so is ideal for extra seating if needed for captions etc or for any job which you need extra operators.





Equipment included



Possible option of grass valley 2ME 36 input 4000 digital vision mixer (36 SDI inputs). Similar SDI mixer could be used . between 4 and 7 aux panels ideally needed unless you upgrade SDI matrix from 48 to 64 to get extra SDI outputs.



Fitted with Storno transmitter/Receiver for Storno walkie talkies





The van can come with all sound and video patch panels with labels (all patch panels SDI and all SDI gear running with upgraded SDI cable for best possible picture quality)

3 or 4 x VTR trays which was used for 4 digital SDI DIGI BETAS.



UMD system possibly

36 channel sound mixer frame, PSU, patch panels etc. (no modules currently) so repalcment mixer would be ideal.



Reidel talkback not included,

Probel SDI probel Matrix (can supply 64x64 if needed but freeway 48x48 is perfect for truck as is smaller in U size than our 64x64 (our one needs extra rack space)).

All SDI equipment is wired in SDI cable.Some cables have been cut and need new BNC connectors. Some sound cables are cut (new XLR ends need to be put on at end of cable etc.



All patch panels labeled and some wiring books include including some SDI schematics.



Production stack designed for 32 switchable monitors and 2 main 20inch monitors. All include tally and sync etc., could be upgraded with more monitors if needed but none are included.



Emergency switchers not included (8x2 etc)



SDI SPGS and SDI and composite scopes not included of course .



If needed can supply some 9inch sony PVM9044QM monitors.



Other gear also included.



As mentioned truck will need a bit of work to get up and running (new ends on a few cables), as may not suit yoru design 100%, your enigners may want to adapt truck to suit you. As heart of truck is running in SDI, the hard work is done





If you are in UK, VAT has to be added, if in EU, VAT may have to be added, If outside the EU, NO VAT is added.



We can deliver to anywhere in UK with driver or to any UK docks / airport if needed and help with shipping to any docks in the world if needed etc.



Truck will be taxed before leaving with 6 or 12 months road tax of course and insured if we are delivering. !
