Petrol™, a Vitec Group brand, introduces the Petrol Mattebox Case (#PMAC). This lightweight, rigid suitcase-style carrier is ideal for Chrosziel, Arri, Vocas, RedRock, and Petroff 4X4 and 4X5 matteboxes.
The case features a top lid with a run-around dual directional zipper. Twin straps of hook and loop material – one on each side of the case – anchor the lid in an open position to allow quick and easy access. The generous main compartment is fully padded to cushion and safeguard sensitive equipment. Petrol’s exclusive thermoformed laminate panels provide an extra level of protection and unprecedented durability. Two detachable internal dividers can be custom configured to secure the case’s contents and form pockets perfect for storing essential accessories. An additional internal top divider can be used to separate flat items or paperwork. Bottom risers lift and safeguard the case from damage from adverse elements such as dirt or water. TF1, one of largest broadcast networks in France, equipped four DSNG vans with a Performer digital matrix intercom system from Riedel Communications. The project was realized by Apex – Riedel's partner for France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The Performer 32 is a powerful and cost effective digital matrix intercom platform with a maximum capacity of up to 32x32 ports. It is especially tailored to the requirements of smaller broadcast applications, events or theatre installations. Based on a modular concept, the system adapts easily to different requirements of each user. Each of the DSNG vans utilises 24 matrix ports providing connection for control panels, analog and digital signals and GPI/Os. Artist 1000 series control panels complete the installation in all four vans providing broadcast quality digital audio and 8 character LED in-key displays. They offer excellent readability under all lighting conditions including direct sunlight. All four vehicles are already installed and in field operation. |
